Eligibility:

• The giveaway is open to companies of all sizes and industries.

• Participants must be at least 18 years old and authorized to represent their company.

How to Enter:

• Follow Re*Mode on LinkedIn.

• Share the giveaway post on your LinkedIn and tag Re*Mode.

• Complete the entry form, which includes a comprehensive survey, on our website. The form must include your name, email, and company details along with insights into your company's current needs.

• Participants must agree to allow Re*Mode to use their OLA package as a public case study and write a testimonial for marketing purposes.

Entry Period:

• The giveaway begins on May 24 and ends on September 2, 2024.

• Entries received after the end date will not be considered.

Winner Selection:

• Multiple winners will be selected throughout the summer, with announcements made every two weeks.

Prize:

• Each winner will receive a full OLA (Observe, Learn, Advise) package, which includes an in-depth evaluation of the company's HR, recruitment, operations, and production processes.

• The total value of each OLA package ranges from $5,000 to $20,000.

Notification of Winners:

• Winners will be notified via email.

• If a winner does not respond within seven days of notification, another winner may be selected.

Publicity:

• By entering the giveaway, participants agree to allow Re*Mode to use their OLA package as a public case study.

• Winners must provide a testimonial for Re*Mode to use for marketing purposes.

General Conditions:

• Re*Mode reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Re*Mode’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by Re*Mode in its sole discretion.

• Re*Mode reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions.

• Information collected from participants is subject to Re*Mode’s privacy policy. By entering the giveaway, participants consent to Re*Mode’s collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes of administering the giveaway and for other purposes as described in Re*Mode’s privacy policy.

Limitation of Liability:

• By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless Re*Mode, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.

Governing Law:

• The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Re*Mode is located, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
