How it works

  • Compose an email introducing Re*Mode and our services to potential clients in your industry. Use the “Send Referral Now” button to get a template you can use. You may download and attach our current deck to the email linked on the top of this page.

  • When sending out your referral email, make sure to CC us at Re*Mode with this email info@theherdinggroup.com. This ensures that you are properly credited for your referral.

  • When your referral engages with us and becomes a client, you will receive an impressive 10% commission on all the services provided to their company for one calendar year.

  • As a referrer, you are entitled to a 10% commission on all the services provided to the referred company for one calendar year from the date of their first engagement.

  • There's no limit! The 10% commission applies to the total value of services provided to the referred company, allowing you to earn substantial earnings.

  • Commissions will be calculated and distributed on a quarterly basis throughout the one-year period, ensuring you enjoy the benefits of your referrals consistently.

    You will need to fill paperwork to be paid as a 1099 independent contractor on a payroll platform.

  • You will have access to the payroll system that shows your commissions and when they will be paid.

  • Sorry, no. Each referral must be in its own email.

  • The 10% commission applies for one calendar year from the date the referred company engages with our services via contract.

  • In most cases, yes. Check with your tax preparer to make sure.

    We will not take taxes out of your commission payments.

  • YES! We encourage it! If the Re*Mode Consultant happens to be the best for the referred client and availability matches, we prefer to put a Consultant with the Client they referred whenever possible.

  • In this case, it depends if the potential client is already discussing with us from the 1st referral. No commission can be given to the 2nd referral email.

    If the client is not responsive or communicative from the 1st referral after 30 days, new referrals can replace the 1st referral email if the potential client is responsive.
